TRAVEL TO PLACES: SINGAPORE BAY SOUTH GARDEN

My Personal Experience: I went to Bay South Garden last year May 10, 2013, together with my parents and my sister. We went there to visit Gardens By The Bay, my sister has five tickets giving us access inside Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. At the Flower Dome, where we saw different kinds of plants and flowers. We didn't saw the Cloud Forest cause we got tired, so we went out to see the view of Singapore Flyer at The Bay South Garden.

My Movie Review: The movie is provocative from the blood sucking story to daring movie scenes. This movie was released last year but I still find it interesting so I watched it with my co-worker. Gemma Arterton is shows her sexy side by pulling tight outfits and over flowing confidence. While Saoirse Ronan is so classic telling her story, reliving each moment just like what she did in her breaking role in The Lovely Bones and City Of Ember.
My Favorite Term: Byzantium

An ancient city of Thrace on the site of present-day Istanbul, Turkey. It was founded by the Greeks in the seventh century B.C. and taken by the Romans in A.D. 196. Constantine I ordered the rebuilding of the city in 330 and renamed it Constantinople.

My Movie Review: The movie is so impeccable, delightful, sensitive and heart warming. Words were not enough to express what I feel how much I love this movie, make me realize to enjoy little things because it makes big actions when you sum it all. Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort delivers an impressive performance and their chemistry is starting to fire.
My Favorite Lines: "Okay, maybe I'm not such a shitty writer. But I can't pull my ideas together, Van Houten. My thoughts are stars I cannot fathom into constellations." "The world is not a wish granting factory." "There are infinite numbers between 0 and 1. There's .1 and .12 and .112 and an infinite collection of others. Of course, there is a bigger infinite set of numbers between 0 and 2, or between 0 and a million. Some infinities are bigger than other infinities. A writer we used to like taught us that."

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: EDGE OF TOMORROW

Director: Doug Liman
Cast: Tom Cruise , Emily Blunt , Bill Paxton , Marianne Jean-Baptiste , Brendan Gleeson
Plot: Humanity is at war with an alien race known as Mimics, and Lt. Col. Bill Cage (Tom Cruise) is an officer who has never seen a day of combat until he is unceremoniously demoted and then dropped-untrained and ill-equipped-into what amounts to little more than a suicide mission. Cage is killed within minutes, managing to take an Alpha down with him. But, impossibly, he awakens back at the beginning of the same hellish day, and is forced to fight and die again... and again. Direct physical contact with the alien has thrown him into a time loop-dooming him to live out the same brutal combat over and over. But with each pass, Cage becomes tougher, smarter, and able to engage the Mimics with increasing skill, alongside Special Forces warrior Rita Vrataski (Emily Blunt), who has laid waste to more Mimics than anyone on Earth. As Cage and Rita take the fight to the aliens, each repeated battle becomes an opportunity to find the key to annihilating the alien invaders and saving the Earth.

My Movie Review: The movie is unforgettable because of the repeated scenes over and over again. I got tired watching this movie, the tagline live, die, repeat is a nice concept but I felt they didn't push the envelope much. I want it to be more creative, move forward with exciting twist and fresh environment could help. I didn't like it at all, maybe harsh but this is really what I feel some reviewers gave this movie high ratings and positive reviews.
My Favorite Term: Mimics

Mimic is a person who copies the behavior or speech of other people: a person who mimics other people; also: an animal that naturally looks like something else.

Plot: Told from the perspective of the princess' evil nemesis, Maleficent, this fairytale thriller explores the origins of the evil fairy Maleficent and what led her to curse Princess Aurora in Disney's animated classic Sleeping Beauty. Source: http://movies.insing.com/movie/maleficent-2014/id-e2770000/

My Movie Review: The movie is magnificent, wild imagination and great creativity in this classic story works this time. I don't know Maleficent existed in the story of Sleeping Beauty, I'm so grateful they made this movie and see what she made of but I'm little bit disappointed with the ending. Angelina Jolie claimed her rightful throne as the Queen of Hollywood fantasy movies and made Maleficent the most beloved villain in fairytale history.
My Favorite Lines: "I know you're there. Don't be afraid. I'm not afraid. Then come out. Then you'll be afraid." "All the other fairies fly, why don't you? I had wings once, and they were strong. But they were stolen from me." Before the sun sets on her sixteenth birthday, she will fall into a sleep-like death!
