TRAVEL TO MOVIES: DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES

Director: Matt Reeves
Cast: Gary Oldman , Judy Greer , Kodi Smit-McPhee , Kirk Acevedo , Andy Serkis , Jason Clarke , Toby Kebbell , Keri Russell , Keir O'Donnell
Plot: A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth's dominant species.

My Movie Review: The movie is surreal, I can't believe what I'm seeing took my breath away. Impossible turned possible when apes speaks out, rode on horses, carried some guns and think like a human. The story is so compelling makes me digging what happened in the past to understand and how it leads to this madness. Caesar have grown up really strong, he come a long way being a small ape to this powerful leader and complex thinker.
My Favorite Lines: "War has already begun. Ape started war. And human...human will not forgive. You must go before fighting begins. I am sorry...my friend." "I've seen things, I've seen the way they are, they want what we want, to survive."

TRAVEL TO PLACES: SINGAPORE PIEDRA NEGRA

My Personal Experience: I went to Piedra Negra last year July 27, 2013, together with my sister and her boyfiend. We went there in search of a Mexican Restaurant and we know we found when saw the place. This restaurant is cool, from its colourful wall with art décor to its beefy nachos, cheesy burittos and tasty tortilla, somehow felt where in Mexico.

Piedra Negra
It looks like skimpy nachos and overstuffed burittos are finally being nudged from their undeserved pre-eminence. BluJaz's Latin offshoot has been set up in a red shop-house right around the corner. Similar to its mothership, live DJs are attracting busting crowds but it's the cocktail-friendly Mexican grub that will keep us coming back.

TRAVEL TO MOVIES: DELIVER US FROM EVIL

Director: Scott Derrickson
Cast: Eric Bana , Édgar Ramírez , Olivia Munn  , Joel McHale , Sean Harris
Plot: "Beware The Night" is the story of a New York cop who meets a renegade priest when he is pulled into a case which the priest convinces him, against the officer's religious beliefs, is related to demons. Together they work to solve the case and combat the paranormal forces working against them.

My Movie Review: The movie is doubtful, not scary for a horror suspense movie that's bad we expected to be scared. I don't think this is a true story because it has lots of clichés, gimmicks and unrealistic events. I could give a benefit of a doubt, maybe this is true but got lost in translation due to over exaggeration. Most of the scenes were not connected with each other as a result the movie has no direction. On the other hand the positive effect of this is you can't predict what's going to happened next. The only thing I like is when the priest does his exorcism, so intense it make sense for watching the movie.
My Favorite Lines: "There's two types of evil in this world, secondary evil the evil that men do and primary evil  which is something else entirely." "I've seen some horrible things, nothing that can't be explain by human nature." "Then you haven't seen true evil."

My Movie Review: This movie is superb, one of the biggest and longest much awaited comeback, must watched! The expectation for it so huge, lead others not satisfied because of the success of the previous franchise but for me is all good. Transformers movies are usually long, I need to prepare myself to give my full attention to it cause there's so much happening. But this one is a breath of fresh air, maybe the all new cast help to make better. I didn't have an headache unlike I experienced in Dark Of The Moon. Age Of Extinction is the best for me because it still has classic but with a new story to told.
My Favorite Character: Galvatron

Galvatron is a Decepticon from G1 continuity family. Born from the fires of Unicron, His a focal point of power and madness given form. He is blind to all but his lust for power; his whims and desires could sacrifice in a moment's rage. Not even his subordinates are safe.

Director: Phil Lord , Chris Miller
Cast: Jonah Hill , Channing Tatum , Ice Cube , Amber Stevens , Wyatt Russell , Jillian Bell
Plot: The sequel to "21 Jump Street", with undercover police officers Morton Schmidt and Greg Jenko to head to college after going undercover as high school students. Based on the 1987 television series of the same name by Stephen J. Cannell and Patrick Hasburgh.

Source: http://movies.insing.com/movie/22-jump-street-2014/id-1ee60000/

My Movie Review: The movie is fun, lots of laugh and makes me feel I'm living the good life. I like the start where they recap what happened in 21 Jump Street and now in 22 Jump Street they give us college parties, spring break and kick-ass attitude I love it! Made me missed my college best friend cause I'm like Jonah Hill, the cute chubby one and his more like Channing Tatum. I hope there will be sequels just like what they shown credits.
My Favorite Lines: "Look at Dickson's office. It looks like a giant cube of ice." "How you bitches like Jump Street now?" "Why every time you speak I want to throw the f*** up?" "We're like a power couple." "We're like Rihanna and Chris Brown. You're a good dancer but sometimes you're meaner than I'd like you to be." "Do we look older or does everyone in college look like babies?" "Shhh! Some of us are trying to study so if you could take it down to a level of shut up." "Is this the level you're looking for?" "Shut the f*** up!"
